I am deeply passionate about improving the life chances of young people in our communities. Being part of a team dedicated to leading and mentoring the next generation of outstanding teachers is not only an honour but also a responsibility I take seriously.

I believe that by empowering educators with the skills and knowledge they need, we can create a ripple effect that positively influences countless students, ultimately strengthening the fabric of our society.

Children and young people get one chance at their education.

I strongly believe, supporting the next generation of trainee teachers with the highest quality training and experiences ETT offers as they enter the profession, will create future outstanding teachers and leaders providing the best education for our children and communities.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my teaching career which, in July, spans 30 years. Throughout that time, I have drawn on the wisdom and experience of some amazing colleagues that has helped shape my pedagogy and classroom management.

Working for ETT, hopefully, allows me to 'give back' to a profession that has given me so much and help to inspire the next generation of teachers who will, undoubtedly, keep the teaching profession evolving and changing lives for the better.
