With Exchange Teacher Training, you will be working in local schools from the very start, spending more than 120 days across the year in two placements. The first takes place from September to December before trainees move to their second, contrasting placement for the remainder of the academic year. This pattern allows you to spend a significant period in both schools, supporting your progression and enabling you to develop strong relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
